Playoffs

The St. Louis Blues are in the Stanley Cup playoffs, and our household has gone into hockey hysteria. Okay, that is a bit of an exaggeration. But we might be watching all of the playoff hockey games. Meaning, not just Blues games. Any hockey games. Have you ever watched a NHL playoff game? They are intense!!

(She always has a booger in her nose, sorry about that!) It is customary to grow a "playoff beard" during a team's NHL playoff run. Ruby is (thankfully) unable to grow a beard, so she is growing a playoff mullet.



Okay, okay, Ruby did not actually choose to grow a playoff mullet. And I did not intentionally give her a playoff mullet. Her bangs were getting in her eyes, so I gave them a bit of a trim. And what resulted? A bowl cut. D'oh!

So, for right now we are telling her she is growing a playoff mullet and how cool is that? Right!? Right??
